No it's not. but you wont ever get the daily for it (2 limited quest; 1 needed to complete in a party of two and another where you gotta kill a specific green named monster - rewards are 1x endless eternity each) and the feats (to complete your title along with an extra feat that is the junior version of reaper's call shown here:
