How do you correct an infinite loop error when clicking a link to an outside domain on a Wordpress site?

First you need to work out if its clinical or situation based, is there a key factor you can determine that these feelings stem back to?
When my father died i spiralled out of control and everything that happened to me after that always came back to that one moment for me, it took a lot of soul searching before i was able to confront the truth that he was gone and that i had to move on.
So if its based on a specific moment or loss there is options to confront the situation and deal with it, it may just be as simple as taking the time to grieve.
If it is based on a life circumstance like anxiety, lack of direction or motivation then you have to confront these things head on and put yourself onto a new path, you need to look for opportunities to put yourself into new situations, go out and find something that brings you joy, i got into fishing and hiking and the more time i spent outside the less time i spent alone with my thoughts.

If its a chemical imbalance the only option is to see a doctor and try to find a balance of medication and possibly diet/physical activities that will help for your particular circumstance.
