Anyways, it's really difficult to say. If I came to you and said "Sometimes when I drive, the car makes a rattling noise. But other times, it doesn't! Give me an answer please!"... well... you get what kind of answer I'll get back.
It's hard to give you an answer because I don't know what camera you're shooting with, what you're using to view your pictures, if you're processing your pictures or allowing something else to automatically process your pictures, etc. The more specifics, the easier it is to pin-point what the issue is.
Of course, there is an alternative possibility... the matrix is flipping on you every once in a while... ssshhh.... keep quiet.
