My computer is old and outdated now (parts are from like 2012-2013). I don't play any games anymore. The only game I really played was H1, but they've completely destroyed the optimization and the overall game quality over the last year+, that I haven't really even bothered much with it.

my WHOLE setup, with EVERYTHING included, pc/peripherals/desk/chair/audio wasnt even $4500 lol

Seems like having 3 separate monitors would look kind of ugly with the monitors' frames sitting at the 1/3 marks. I'd prefer a single continuous screen, even if it's a bit smaller.
