As an Edmontonian I finally have that tickle in my balls ive been urning for the last couple years

Brutal. 7 periods of no goals. Other than looking solid for a full 60 last night, I’d be a bit worried. Thankfully a 1-2 game slide right now isn’t detrimental after a 7-1-1 start. Let’s turn it around next game.

I'd look back at the last 8 years of good starts before going half chub. They look fine but haven't really upgraded much from last year except for having a bottom six with some level of NHL experience. Give em 2 more years and they'll be a force.

A 2 game skid is nothing to panic about.

Every team has highs and lows.

If it continues I would be concerned with Burning Mcdavid/Draisatl out.

They are playing a ridiculous amount for forwards and I don't know if it is a pace they can keep up for the entire season.

It seems the Oilers are capable of having strong starts only to fade away towards the end.

yes, kid have played 80 minute without single point now, hes tired, also over 10 minute of powerplay without points. Id say Tipped should fix lines first, try something new, for example switch mcdavi to 3rd line and make first line: Drai + Nugget + Neal, 2nd: Shehna + Kassi + Jurco, 3rd: Chiason + Grandlund + Mcdavid
if it doesnt help, then maybe let mcdavid rest one game and learn something about that. Draisattel been playing good in last few games, he still deserve to keep spot in 1st line.

He’s right about him being tired, we can’t play 29/97 25 minutes a night. The line combos are ridiculous of course.
