Voted Yes.

I think this game has a huge deficit of in-game and "official" (i.e. the portal) information for new players. The community is very good about answering questions for new players and making nifty little charts for reference, but that only solves half the problem. As a new player, you have to know there is a question there to ask in order to ask it. For instance, I had no idea there were cap,s and I'm now wondering exactly how they work and if I've been pumping a bunch of point into strength that doesn't do anything.

While I think the games also needs content, I believe that delivering that content that it does have in a user-friendly, polished form is very important.
