Savitar already knows about that though. It is what traps him in the future, the timeline for it was just accelerated which he already knew about because he had Frost try to kill the girl.

He knows how it works in the future. I don't believe that her of the present and her from the future built the exact same device, that makes no sense.

Well Barry hasn't seen it working. And it is probably really similar considering future Barry gave our Barry that datastick of her research. I'd imagine they shared that with her and she was mostly trying to figure out how it all fits together.

They didnt refer to them as blueprints, moreso as her notes. meaning the theories behind how it works, not necessarily how they are implemented. in the future it could've been like a doorway or something on the ground.

I just think it's dumb they let him see it after being more than aware that everything he sees gets transmitted to savitar.

I think assuming that they would be drastically different is a bit silly of you. Plus we don't know how it works, neither do the characters. Is it a gun that shoots a speedforce-net type thing? Does it shoot a portal? No one knows. Plus they can't even use it as they can't power it. I'm not sure if they are planning to try and block Barry's memories again but they also could have decided that it was a bad idea and they obviously can't take Barry out of the fight.

Plus they could​ probably assume that since Barry used this to trap Savitar in the future that he both knows about it and also knowing about it wont help him (as he would have known about it in the future and it still trapped him).

Not going to turn this thread into a circle jerk fest but you clearly didn't watch the last episode. He turned into savitar because he isn't Barry and the team rejected him because of it. The show says that, he isn't a real Barry.
