What is Guardiancon?

Renamed Destiny Con. Gothalion, Broman, and KMagic have organized it for the last three years. This time it's a day 2 event where a ton of Destiny Content creators go down to Tampa and put on a convention for fans to attend. Draws a few thousand people. They also do a week long marathon stream where everybody does 4 hours on the GuardianCon channel to raise money. All proceeds for that and the actual con go to St Jude's. Last year they raised over 600k. This year should break 1m easy.

I'm excited to see what the new raid death penalty is now that they announced it is changing

Hopefully it's something like NM Golgy - your team is granted a total number of deaths for the encounter shared by all of you. Would make HM much more fun - somebody dying no longer means you all wipe right away or that person sits there for 20 minutes. Would line up with the revive system in Countdown as well.

Gigz PC gameplay. He already figured out how to fly with the Dawnblade super.

i've been out of the gaming loop recently but i think im gonna get destiny 2 for pc, so i don't have to buy a new console.

although, what you guys do may impact what i do lol

I'm playing on the one primarily and will be getting it for pc as well. How hard I play there depends on everything we see from now til then and if anything ends up being shitty with it.

Crash may dabble on pc now that his internet is fixed.

Will likely main XB regardless. Fell in love with Skywalker's antics too much to leave him.

at the time I was playing, with running the risk of sounding cocky, I was a pretty good player

consistently carrying people 9-0 to lighthouse etc

raids were my fav though, and none of my friends really cared for them



is it coming out for xbox one or is the new xbox going to be out?

The new Xbox isn't a new generation, it's just better hardware. Anything that releases for Xbox right now will work on the basic Xbox One as well as the One S and One X.
