Want to be able to get +2 pally skills and other goods on shield. Best char level to imbue at for that?

only Dia can drop +2 grimshield, so i would say u need same lvl for imbuing, 90+

why roll when you can buy direct!

Affix level 65+, since "Priest's" (+2 to paladin skills) is a level 65 affix.

Affix level 65 for a Grim shield involves item level 82+.

Item level 82+ when imbuing requires char level 78+.

thats wrong iirc u need ilvl 82 (many act 4 bosses and minions can drop it).
