A guide on Enabling & Disabling your Bookmarks Bar in Google Chrome.


Follow either #1 Google Chrome Settings steps, or, #2 Google Chrome New Tab steps.



#1 Google Chrome Settings

Step 1. Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top right of your google chrome, representing your menus.
Step 2. Click on "Settings"
Step 3. Find the box where it says "Always show the bookmarks bar".
Step 4. If you want to enable the bookmarks bar, make sure the box is checked. To disable, uncheck the box.




#2 Google Chrome New Tab

Step 1. Open a new tab in Google Chrome
Step 2. Right click in an empty space of the bookmark bar that is shown directly below the address field (shown in the picture).
Step 3. Select "Show bookmarks bar" if you want to enable the bookmarks bar, it will become checked. To disable, click it again and it will become unchecked.
