Well, just had my first heart attack. Right coronary artery, 100% blockage. They remove it and put in two stents, in just under an hour.
They put two catheters in my right wrist and went all the way up through my arm to get to my heart.

What did it feel like, how did you know it was a heart attack?

Both arms, really hurt. They fel... hollow, deprived, and no matter what I did, it wouldn't go away. I tried laying down, different positions etc. Also at the beginning, I was raining sweat. I have a pretty thick bathrobe and it just soaked it.
My arms though, felt so bad, it was like I wanted to tear them off or something..
The paramedics said I probably had about 20-30 more minutes to live, if I hadn't called them.

That was Thursday about 9:30am to noon. After a day and a half in the hospital and what they called a Cath Cast (general term), or Radial Cardiac Catheterization (specific term) (which was where they went up my right arm and then into my heart), including so many IVs, tests, scans, needles, wires etc. I feel pretty good right now.

Weird part, I was awake during all this... they gave me Fentanyl. I could answer questions, see some of what was going on, but I couldn't really see any of the doctors, although I could feel them doing things. There were a bunch of xray and video machines, all around my head and chest.

The BLUE line going up my right arm, then down to the outside, right side of the heart, is the procedure I had done.

I had to put my cat Gidget down this morning. Her chest was filling with fluid too too quickly to manage. She was suffering and so I made the decision. It sucks. I was super close to the to her.

:(

I'm tired now. It was a long and hard day.

That's what I was thinking. I wanted to start a GoFundMe for Ghot but like a jsp edition; considering all the help he's given people over the years I think it's only fair.

Word. That is the one of the strongest drugs known to man. 50 to 100 times stronger than morphine.

For real dude. I went in there telling her it would be okay and we'd drain her chest again. When we got there I was watching how hard her breathing was again and decided it was time to say goodbye. She was suffocating/drowning with fluids around the lungs. She had this new disease called FIP. Feline Infectious Peritonitis. Bastard cancer like shit.

#fuckcancer :)

I adopted a dog named Argo. A Hungarian Vizsla.
