I get what you're saying but during those 11 months there wasn't really a challenger that had a big say in it. Holloway was still on the come up Edgar was hurt and aldo just got slept in 13 seconds.

I am on board with the fact he's holding up 155 now, I just disagree he held up 145. If he fights in September that's almost 2 full years holding up 155 without being hurt. That's not someone who deserves a belt.

We are judging Conor based on his previous fights. If the Mayweather show would have never happened, he would be fighting for 25-30M. Now he is not accepting less than 50M.

It is bad for the sport RIGHT NOW, but it might help fighters get paid as they deserve. Hats off on that
