i always go pure builds. so i'd say full dex and str just for items, so at lvl 101, to have max 104 str (including items bonus)
and as genie skills, it must have holy path, absolut domain, extreme poiin or tanglig mire (or wtf its name), lure skill maybe (zeal), maybe enrage (frenzy)..
skills for aps .. just chi skills and that one who reduce enemy's att speed
ah and ofc, run skills, tele skills.. all passive.. all shadow skills
