Not a bad list but your rules do as much to limit bvb as it does to help it imo.
1. Movement is not a bad thing in bvb. You can use it to set up your opponents. If you are trying to limit the bvb to direct crosses only, as is suggested by your listing format, then are taking a part of the skill out. That skill is character positioning, angle of ww, and the neutralization of range. Now I understand that you are trying to eliminate the hit and then run for 5 minutes concept that bleeders like to employ but for defensive barb duels, why the hell not?
2. As far as full bo vs standard bo is concerned, it eliminates the excuse of, when he had a 2 skill weapon and so on. By going full bo you are taking that out of the equation. You don't have to agree with this and that is fine but this is the main reason why it is done on east.
3. Strength glitching, while annoying to some, is not as big a concern on east. Some do it and some don't but the bigger concern is the risk that the glitcher takes on by doing it in the first place. I don't really care either way on this one.
4. Cold damage on ranged weapons can be an annoyance but it is not unconquerable. If you know your opponents movements and are able to read him, ranged or not he will only hurt himself more in the long run. It could just be differing viewpoints and that is fine.
They just need a realm that has equivalent latency for all where all players from differing realms can bring their characters over strictly for dueling purposes. Would be fantastic in theory but would never be done unfortunately.
