Impressive but the real test will come a few years down the road once the allure of a new stadium and team has lost some of its shine.
My local USL team had a new stadium built in the mid-2000s. Lots of hype and good attendance. They were considered an MLS expansion team candidate and making the playoffs every year.
long story but it was all downhill from there. attendance down from 10k+ to 3k. They are talking about possible relocation or folding if they cant turn it around soon.
