Anyone in the Phoenix area it's at the Biltmore resort, going all week, it's $1 per ball but because I work at GolfSmith my Ping rep got 4 of us out there for unlimited balls for free today.
Everyone who makes one of the next week moves onto the finale and then you have to make one again to win either 50,000 or 1 million.
It's a 121 yard shot. It wasn't really unlimited, as there were about 20 guys in the "unlimited" section and only 4 hitting spots for us. We all rotated and got 2 turns each (20 balls per session) in the 2 hour time limit we had.
My very first ball I stuck it at 2 feet 3 inches and that led for the day for a bit until someone who was paying got a hole in one. I got another one to roll back nicely to 7 1/4 inches but that was it. Best of the "unlimited" section but not going to win anything for it.
Was fun though and a cool story bro.
EDIT: Was hitting my CG10 50 degree by the way, my 125 club and spinning it back.
