i know this link is old but it has updated patch notes from Oct 3 highlighted in red

massive nerf to conviction aura and lower resist curse from what i can tell but once again the phrasing is confusing and somewhat ambiguous

it sounds to me like monsters who are immune to an element that have that immunity broken by either A. conviction B. lower resist or C. sunder charm, or any combination of these 3, will only have 1/5 of the effect of lower resist or conviction applied.

this means conviction on infinity will reduce resistance by an additional 17% after the initial 5% from the sundered charm, so they'll be at 78% resistance.

this could still be further reduced with facets or whatever -res gear i guess, but i'm not sure how it will play out in actual gameplay.

I don't plan on going wild on PVM this season. Mostly just to MF gear for PVP. I'm going after ears this season.

it definitely needed a nerf, people playing before that said end game was severely broken

concept for faggy 2.0

this time as a summon necro with corpse explosion, capitalizing on the new -fire res items for corpse exp damage

this is intended to be a budget build with the exception of enigma, thoughts?

also considered using phoenix shield and infinity merc but i wanted this to be relatively cheap and realistic

boss killing may be a little slow but crushing blow on merc + decrep + clay golem 60% slow effect + tele stomp summons should work decently i think

might have to switch this to a might merc actually
