It's funny though because one could surmise that a lot of Republicans have created their own version of TDS due to their behavior post-election with the multitudes of cope rallies, the boost in echo chamber and the insurrection. Trump is their George Floyd, but they mourn over an election loss instead of someone's death.

I'm talking about the actual term itself not the meaning or behavior behind it. But that's like the 3rd time I've said it and you guys are refusing to acknowledge the distinction. Obviously, certain Republicans had some obsession with Obama and many previous presidents the same, but the coined term didn't really become mainstream used and adopted to the same level as it did under Trump.

Ever think that maybe tds became big because trump did a lot of legitimately shitty stuff and trump apologists would excuse literally anything orange hitler did so they screeched tds from the walls?

No, TDS was a problem from the start. Trump could say the sky is blue and people would say it's green. There's a reason that well respected figures have to tip toe around subjects where he got it right. If they don't express their agreement carefully the audience turns against them.

No, I didn't. YOU PM'd me first btw because I think you were triggered that I said Hillary was leading in polls. I deleted our convo last November since it was taking space, but I still remember you pming me months later with if i remember correctly, the electoral map of Trump's victory. Giga cringe but I'm happy I logged in last year in order to reciprocate. How's the winning ?

The pendulum swung to your side. I predict secular decline for the next five years followed by another Reagan afterward.

Kamala as president will be worse than Biden which will be pretty funny.

Do you get the point? It became much more popular under Trump though, and you can look at the google search results as proof of that. The phrase Trump derangement syndrome has twice as many results as any one of these other ones.
