It doesn't tell you your accounts exact spice. Each account has a different random combination of spices. Can have up to 4 of each color spice.
the best method of finding the correct type would be to test each spice one at at time.
Get a bunch of yellow spice, add 1 at a time(1 then 2 then 3 then 4) and test each variant on evil dave. If he tells you one of the spices is correct, you have the correct dosage for that spice.
Do the same for orange brown and red. When you have the correct amount for each different spice, mix the final stew with all 4 in it now and go to evil dave in the quest.
