Correct me if im wrong, but Villa wasn't occupying a top 4 spot throughout pretty much the whole of last season.

Just as 5 isn't really 7. And as city are without nearly half the squad while Liverpool was, part Sad Mane, best eleven.

That's why it's marginally better. Remember they were at home and Villa beat Leicester just a few weeks ago.
