Liverpool didnt concede that much goals with Dejan Lovren so, imo, thats not about the CB quality but more about how the team is playing and efforts made by other players. Stones and Otamendi was correct CB before joining City (as Lovren was). I dont think they both lost all their skills since they joined City.
