Also with having a fitness squad that means that you can't have any super subs on the bench right? And I know it's just a myth (maybe) but all of the pros have 3 super subs on the bench with the rest of the players being bronze trying to either face worse teams or have less of a handicap.

For squad battles I've made a squad fitness team that was cheap and looks quite alright. But for online i think I'll stick to fitness cards.

You could even do the BPM to make coins and use the bronze fitness cards on each player. The only problem is that takes up too much time for me.

Yeah that's true because gk doesn't need fitness, but I feel like using all 3 subs can be quite worth it at the 60/70th min.
