I thought that Kampuchea would have offered me to use that signature and avatar for free and for any purposes.

Seems like we had a little misunderstanding here, which was for the most part caused due to a lack of proper articulation within in the english language from Kampuchea.

At this point I would suggest and highly recommend Kampuchea to take some english lessons to avoid such awkward misunderstandings.
