They are extremely specific. Application, portfolio, 1on1 interview, test from them on design and illu, logic capabilities test, personality test, another IQ test, and now waiting for final interview (hopefully). I already did illustrator test from them but i only got to their drawing test, than got instantly drafted by their design manager who is totally awesome, ...so that's why it's taking so long. But it is and was a lot of pressure since i do not know who is competing with me. :) Soon!
