like i said, he didn't have much to do, and when we scored at the end of the first half, one of our players was flagged offside for blocking his view, other than that i don't remember anything he could have saved or done better in any way. as far as i can tell (only from highlights and this match, i don't usually watch wolfsburg) he's having another good season so far. he has become a very good goalkeeper indeed...

Cheers, he used to be above Courtois in the pecking order at Genk so I'm curious to see if he can produce the same for a bigger club.

holy shit, just came home and saw the result. grats, once - that's incredible.
i'm still 100% certain that buyern will finish the league off without any trouble, but it's just great to see that an in form team with a capable manager and some courage is able to beat them once in a while...

0:1 loss at schalke today. not entirely unexpected, but ffs why do we have to be the team that other clubs end their losing streaks against?! just one more week, schalke...

Mallorca drew 1-1 away against Lugo.

Lugo have traditionally been a 3rd-4th tier club, but they promoted to Segunda in 2012 and have since established themselves as a midtable club. This year their squad is weaker, so they might struggle to avoid the drop... but winning in their home ground (small and with usually bad pitch conditions) is always complicated, so I'd have settled with the draw before the game. After the performance though... I feel like we could and probably should have won it, but it's not like the draw is completely unfair either.

Hard fought victory vs NAC yesterday, but all in all 7 wins in 7 games. Great start.

Wednesday we face Inter at home. Should win that to stay in it.
