i.e. balancing the difficulty for group play (monster difficulty does not scale quite hard enough for groups, most notably on wells which are a total joke), balancing group/solo leveling times, adjusting mq odds so you aren't required to dedicate your whole life to the game(or get insanely lucky) to advance(3,3,3,3,4,4,4,5 perhaps).
It's really just those few balancing issues and the game would be fine. Bolded for emphasis .. if my opinions hold any value at this point.
Great post, I agree with everything on it. One small revision I would make though is if you reduce the number of doors as you suggest, then you increase the number of classes. Add two more classes and it could look like this: 3,3,3,3,4,4,4,5,5,5 I think that would be ideal IMO.
E: Although I do think selling wellables would be a plus too.
