you have to consider that when he says "top 10", he means top 10 in combined fifa 18 player ratings. that's how he judges the quality of a club...

i never said Dortmund is Tier 1, i just said Chelsea isn´t.

Real
Bayern
Barca
Juventus

Chelsea and Psg have to prove theirselves in the CL this year

they are missing quite a few players, but i am sure they will be alright
