Guide to Changing your Personal Photo

Firstly, press the settings button on your top bar:

From there, press the "Change Personal Photo" button, you'll see this:

In here, you can enter a personal photo, no larger than 100kB and 192x192 pixels, as stated in the top section. Make sure the image is appropriate.
After you have entered the URL, press "Change Personal Photo" and it will update it in this section, as well as show in this section of your profile:
