Considering moving to Cleveland... what is the city like?
I heard it was pretty shitty compared to dc, nyc, la

In dc now and heard from a friend "cleveland is like dc but without white people and alot of drug addicts"

Any truth to this?
I know about the opoid crisis in SE Ohio but has it crept to Cleveland too?
