15% dmg to slowed enemys

tried ball lightning and cluster bomb on belial.


BL : killed belial right when he was doing his AoE Pool

Cluster : killed him before his AoE breath, during his second left-right arm attack. 1 cluster bomb attack litteraly does 25% of his hp (98k dps unbuff). You can use 2 cluster attack with your hatred pool and all bombs will unleash and crit within the 1 sec window.


i'm still convinced cluster does more damage, it may not be very handy to use when just starting to use it but it gets better

I'd say I prefer BL

it's much more easier to kite with BL though, it's a bit hard to use well cluster but against big mobs (belial or azmodan for instance), the 6 bomb * 230% + main bomb * 200% damage are all guarantee to hit so it does insane damage (which is why i think it does even more damage then pre-nerf NT)

does ball lighting hit more than twice against big bosses like azmodan or belial?

devouring arrow would still be better single target dps then, right?

in that case, i'm probably gonna go back to multishot/fire at will and devouring arrow.
