good idea to link but i also encourage everyone to write the names/artists for the songs they post since youtube isn't always the best source, as you see most of the videos posted here currently say "video does not exist" or as in post #1 - copyright issues

il'l start with a few others that come to mind right now; out of r&b and pop ne-yo is great with his classic love songs, he also ghostwrote take a bow and hate that i love you which he also sings in and which was already posted here. even though some of his lyrics might be a little shallow and naiive the songs are still nice to listen to when youre in the mood
monica, aaliyah, all the classic R&b singers that sang about love because it was love and not because some businessmen from the industry gave the writers agendas of 'diversification' i.e. whatever i remember from destiny's child
boyz ii men, new edition ofc and most of the new jack swing
