This char was made by Sa_Se ( http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=436844 ) and me, and took about 3 years to complete him!
Liberator's at this level are hard to make, as decent gear is not enough here, so it's kind of an itemlame char, YET a lot of skills are needed to handle him well!

I've tried a lot of different setups, but at the end the one can be seen below won!

I love to have 75 fcr hammer on switch 1 with good d2m and mana regen,
and
range 1 + huge min dmg charge on switch 2 ( with range 1, i can charge-lock the opponent with EPIC speed! not speaking about when ampfly casts, its REALLY deadly :) )

Different switches are possible aswell, like 50% deadly strike, higher charge dmg switch or hammer+charge on same switch, but i love to have nice mana boost on pure hammer switch and big minimum dmg on charge..

my lvl 99 would slam that guy in a single non armored punch, he could actually battle cry u away like mobs.. not spooky at all sorry but 0/10, imo all kinda random items
