Any manager or upper-level position banging a subordinate is a big no-no in most large companies, consensual or not. If it happens you normally have to report it to HR, etc, etc.

This situation may be a perfect example of why it's extremely frowned upon and strictly forbidden. It starts with fun and sex and turns into he said vs she said and allegations that cause all sorts of issues. It's the reason why companies just flat out prohibit that sort of relationship or like to avoid it at least.

Then again based on what we're hearing from "reports" it sounds like there's a lot more to the story and the Celtics are finding out that Udoka was more than just having consensual sex and was pretty aggressive and creepy.

It sounds like he will ultimately be fired. The suspension seems to be a placeholder while they investigate further. But if they have enough evidence to suspend him all season at this point it sounds pretty bad.

Remember this isn't the league doing this. It's the Celtics themselves lol. There is no unfair outside ruling so it has to be pretty bad for them to ruin their championship hopes.
