That's with Baynes and Horford...they never stopped him. Acquiring a big for Embiid is literally meaningless. You don't just stop these guys.
Let Kanter bang. At least he can rebound and even bang down low 1v1. Guaranteed to eat boards too. Best offensive rebounder in the NBA. Trade defense for offense I guess.
Also, Kanter has played quite well against Embiid in both games this year. Embiid was poor in the first matchup.

There's a major drop off in scoring ability after our core 4. Marcus Smart becomes the best offensive player....followed by rookies. Very bad.

Wanamaker, Theis, Ojeleye is still better scoring ability than most rosters bench

Defensively, I would say we have the best bench
Kanter + Smart off the bench is insanely valuable
I'm not saying our bench blows but we need a scorer....

We still score fine off the bench as it is...

Honestly. I hope we make zero trades. I'm 1000% content with our team. Love this roster.

Love the roster as well. I wouldn't be asking for a shooter if Carsen showed some promise, but he has been a disaster so far.

No worries though because Romeo has shown a lot in just 4 games.
18/23/20/15 minutes last 4 games. Don't see him losing minutes either...maybe a few with Smart returning, but Semi was getting 20ish every game and instantly got benched for Romeo lol.

Tough L. Love the ball movement. Shots simply didn't fall tonight. Pretty sure we shot 5 airballs.

The defense forced 22 turnovers, but the pick and roll defense was pretty shitty for some stretches. Credit to Toronto for answering 3 runs we had to get it to down to 3-5

Lowry and McCaw hit every tough shot they took. Very impressive

Also, Smart 2/9....should not be taking more shots than JT in his return from injury....
