They're no different than last year except for Kershaw & Turner getting a year older and regressing.

Machado just replaces Seager which is basically a null.

Dumb move by Baltimore though to get an OF'r as the headline back when that's the last thing they need with Austin Hays and such in the minors.

Pen is slightly weaker, I'd say, and if Manny doesn't strike out 80% in the post-season he'll be an upgrade to Seager (at least his performance last year).

The wild cards will be what their rotation looks like going into the playoffs, whether or not they pursue relief pitching, and how Muncy and Kemp perform in the playoffs. Could easily win the whole thing though I'd say. Well, not easily, but they are a legit contender again.
