Seriously do you ever stop?

It's the first game, relax.

first game indeed
but once again i see the same ridiculous line up mistakes, no effort to change them, attitude and quality problems

emery has hit the wenger reset button from the last 5 years or so again, its like watching a replay mate

You make a conclusion based of one match ffs

Many players are not fit yet or not adjusted in his system (eg torreira, özil,..) so that's why Goundouzi played (and he played decent considering everything)

We were gonna lose 90% of the time, so I don't care about the result.
Lot's of work to do, but it can be done.

taking of xhaka and rambo was a sign of strength from emery, time to prove that no one is safe.

although arsenal's performance was poor overall, i'd 'defend' emery's decision to keep guendouzi on the pitch:

if he were a seasoned veteran, i'm sure emery would have taken him off soon after his second really bad mistake and told him 'this is just not your day, mate. do better next time.' - however, i think it would have been a massive psychological blow for such a young and unproven player. you could clearly see he was eager to make up for it, and i fully respect and support emery's decision (even though i neither rate nor like him particularly)...

true, to be fair though, some of that quality was on the bench today lol

i was suprised that you signed emery at all after some ridiculous coaching for psg....mill has a point that its as early as it gets in the season, but i see the same old shit again
you said as much about bellerin a few posts back, these players need someone to kick their ass

sure its early, all i am saying that the same stuff happens over and over again
city is also far from being fit so this was actually a chance to do something today

the commentators on my stream were close to laughing when cech tried to play the ball out
i mean, a professional coach should realise at some point that this shit isnt working and tell the guy to just hit it

i dont blame the goundouzi guy at all, he was alright in the last 30 minutes
when city lost some steam that is, terrible decision to throw him outta there against the best team in the league

fair enough, good point

imo he still should have rescued the guy at half time

I’m sorry but Arsenal even looked worse than last season. You’re in for a hell of a ride this season
