HM should count more in the case of a tie IMO. Think of it logically as to if you were going to use it (not like anyone uses low level HM charms anyways, but if we did), so would you be casting out of your acc slot? If you did then you'd be dumb because the HM doesn't affect your casting at all. Obviously the charm is for healing out of your acc slot, so why should int count for more in a tie? It just doesn't make sense :wacko: if we count side mods then yours would be slightly better, but we don't so it doesn't matter.
