i'm not sure why everyone is out for MM's head, the trend of wasting talent has been a long standing tradition that was in place far before MM. Sure, he called a conservative game with his back-up QB starting his first game behind a questionable line against a much improved defense but look at the year he gave up play calling like two years ago. Our top end draft picks have been going to the defense for some time now and they're still in the 20's as far as performance is concerned, i think this is more of an development/talent issue with TT and Capers.

It's an issue across the board but cleaning house wouldn't solve much (especially short-term) so we just go through the same shit year in and year out until Rodgers breaks one too many times or retires.

in your opinion what change would make the impact with the time we have left in roger's career? i'm thinking TT, Capers defense seems to lose key assets every year, such as heyward and hyde, for example, so it's hard to be extremely critical of Capers though he does seem to have developmental issues with his young talent.

#firecaperw has been a common saying past 5+ years, and im believing it to be all but true now.
no player development on the defensive side and scheme doesnt seem to work. in all playoff games the packers have lost, the defense has been a big part of the equation.

Pretty sure our o-line was all out there
