Always hard to tell how a new manager will do. There are a lot of personalities in that dugout to deal with, but i am cautiously optimistic.

Pedroia just had "cartilage restoration" surgery on his left knee... dear he he's 34 already and under contract for 3 more years i believe... wish we could just move on from him, he has been useless in the post season the last two years. Not a leader anymore.

Unfortunate. He was one of my favorite players until recent years.

When he stuck up for Machado and not his own teammate in that whole debacle this season I lost a lot of a respect for him.
