McAfee looked really good for someone who hasn't wrestled before. Obviously he had some training before this match but still. His natural athleticism really showed. That said, they made the match way too close and it makes Adam Cole looks worse.

Didn't really care for this Takeover overall. Io/Dakota match was good and would have been even better with a crowd, especially with the interference spot/kickout.

Ladder match was way too choreographed and contrived.

Lee and Cross didn't feel as epic as it should have, don't think their styles gelled in ring.

Best thing in wrestling right now is Jim Cornette's podcast.

NXT has taken a step back in the Covid-era.

AEW is a glorified indy show where the rules don't matter, it's just a meaningless spot-fest. MJF and Hangman are fantastic character wise and after that it's weak.

WWE obviously jumped the shark a while ago and it's even worse during the Covid-era. Other than MVP, Orton and Sonya there isn't much to talk about. Drew is great but not having a crowd really fucked it for him. Wyatt/Fiend is getting close to go-away heat for me, they completely ruined something that could have been special.

e/ Sasha and Bailey also doing good work but it'll suck if the turn and match happens without a crowd.

Gonna try and stay awake for Summerslam lol, it's midnight here right now so I'll at least stay up for the preshow

Looking forward to Orton vs McIntyre and Rollins vs Dominick. I'm sure Fiend vs Strowman will be some cinematic spectacle too and while I don't care much for the matches Im looking forward to see what happens between Asuka, Banks and Bayley

Every match was at the very best Raw/SD level. Asuka/Sasha probably had the most excitement.

Mandy/Sonya was just brutal... Mandy is not WWE caliber.

His mic skills need work but he has such a huge presence and his athleticism is insane
