As previously noted, a woman with the Twitter username @missgucciwitch (contains NSFW content) has publicly accused Enzo Amore of rape.

In an update on the situation, a rep for WWE sent out the following statement to ProWrestlingSheet.com today:

“WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving sexual harassment or sexual assault. Until this matter is resolved, Eric Arndt (aka Enzo Amore) has been suspended.”

A rep for the Phoenix, AZ Police Department confirmed that a police report was filed and the incident is still being investigated with police awaiting lab results. The incident allegedly took place in the early hours of October 19th.
