i you start with find a good char try to find some build for char and look at theme on youtube read about each char
and than when you are done with that buy some mall point by going on there homesite or by have gold and buy
from players ingame after that you find some helpful items and ofc alot of exp booster than you find a good
high guild that have exp bonus and you go for get alot of lvls by make quest and when you start become high lvl
then there you go :)

Pro means a few things in game.
If your looking for Worship then = Grinding and leveling up hard, lvl cap is lvl 79.
Req is in it's "Season 2". The items that drop are good to a point.
Season 1 items are better (Not all though)
For example S1 Glorious is now the deadliest and hardest to get armor Set for a Protector aka Tank.
S1 Seemless Polar is not as good but it's great if you can get it.

I can say there are people putting some $$$ into their characters. Now it's not impossible to climb the ranks to higher status but realize you will lose items on the way.
For example Items like S1 Polar start at +0 Reinforcement.
Every time you reinforce there is a def and +Con bonus. But that's just the good side. Everything you reinforce or try to reinforce higher has the following "Break rate failure%" = Item breaks it's gone for good! Deterioration rate % = Item that is lets say +12 reinforcement with a Max Deterioration lvl of 3 , on a failed reinforcement can go from +12 down to +9.
It was hard starting out but once you start getting items it goes easier. NOTE : Some people will not give up their ubber goodies. It's just a fact. There are always people donating items to "Reputable Players", these people might be quitting, returning from S1 with full inventory of items etc.
