As for Courtois, after watching some madrid games, he doesn't conceed, but is way off his chelsea days. Unreliable at best (can't hold a shot to save his life, awful punching of balls in pelanty area, makes every shot look like a dangerous one through bad positioning).
If you look at statistic, it's true he's up there, if you watch any game he surely is far from it.

Alisson, Oblak and Ter Stegen are a class above him.

alisson has flaws (like his poor footwork and questionable decision making on the ball at times) that repeatedly lead to dangerous situations. he's overall excellent for sure, but definitely not anywhere close to undisputed best in the world, that's just fanboy talk.

In any case, that is besides the point imo. Ter Stegen has essentially been saving Barça's ass for the past two years. The last two Liga titles were pretty much him and Messi, with 9 headless chickens in between.

Oblak too... he doesn't win silverware because of Simeone's predictable and outdated tactics, but he saves a lot of points for Atlético. He has also won the last 4 Zamora trophies.

imo both of these are a step above the rest, but Alisson is indeed the one closest to them atm
