Is this Akaran targe good for making "Exile" ?

I know it does not have +to all resistances but it has some other stats.

I wouldn't make it out of Akaran Targe better to make it out of an eth Sacred Targe or Eth Vortex Shield as the damage on an akaran targe is just too low.
