15 + all res can only spawn on prepatch rings o_O ( 11 is max after 08 or w/e )

BvC no need dex ! wtf ?

They need the Dexterity to even furthermore boost the AR, which is vital on a BvC.

ar isnt that vital vs casters, they dont have 50 k defense like melee chars etc o_O

between 3/20/20's, arreats, beast's fant, ar on rings, etc you should have plenty

I sure as hell don't need str and dex adds some ar.

And bring on the 08 rings

max all res on 08's is 15 as well

best bvc ring is prolly 10fcr/120ar/90mana/40 life/9 liferep/11 allres o_O
