they've been built by two of the main people behind the astros rebuild and they've learned from their mistakes in houston. their first draft with the current braintrust has already produced two #1 overall prospects and they just won 82 games in what was supposed to be their last year tanking. they are ahead of schedule. if the angelos family spends what they spent in the past when they were good they will easily become the next astros and more than likely be even better.
