Well Heimer is kind of support, hes the only champion on the game who can heal your base turrets.

Morgana is banned for a reason, black shield is an unbelievable ability and she is still capable of putting out substantial dps. sona and janna don't come close, hence why they're not banned

Janna / Sona re the best imo

Most sonas are awful, sit in the back and never hit with Q or power chord. Good sonas put out a solid amount of damage, will get a few kills early game and know how to kite kids.

Taric/Sona are pretty much top two.. but idk who is better than the other (taric has a nice stun, but sona has her super support shit)
