yes because some peoples comment are so useless I would love to make my own comment on their comment etc...

no, I think this could be abused too easily by people. not a good idea.

Definately something I'd use, maybe not the way you want to, I'd use it just so I know what items I've bought and from who, especially those who never really say or it's part of a pack, to avoid buying more than I need.
