I can see Perez lowballing until near the end of the transfer window when Levy finally gives in and lets Eriksen go as losing valuable player on a free when you've got a £1bn stadium to pay off is the last thing he wants to do, bonus points for leaving it so late they can't find a suitable replacement.

Hes buying Jovic,Hazard possible eriksen before the 30 in this month, which then means that he are able to spend same ammount after the 30 of june and not breaking financial fair play since accountant years goes from june to june.
