If it was vise varsa barca would've done same
Personally i dont do it but that's how its now
If you can't understand that then you are very naive

for sure, barcelona have their own army of classless fanboys, i'm not denying that, it just so happens that they were eliminated earlier and some of your fellow madridistas showed their true colours.
don't get me wrong though, i have no love for barcelona, and i'm glad roma eliminated them...

True, I can't remember the last time we had 4 teams from Spain, England, Germany and Italy in semis.

me neither, normally it's 2 spaniards, bayern, and a random addition from another league at this point...

Honestly I can't remember one happening in my lifetime. I just remembered though that in the 1980-81 CL Madrid faced Liverpool in the final after eliminating Inter, so I checked the wiki page for that CL season and it turns out the semifinalists were Madrid, Liverpool, Inter and Bayern. Not sure if it has happened again after that or not, I'm not going to check all the seasons, but I certainly don't remember it happening in the 90s or any time after that (and before the 90s English teams were banned because of Haysel, so 1981 is porbably the most recent time).

i have no clue, it just stood out to me that we have four different nations in the semis which are usually dominated by spain. it's a nice change imo, although real and bayern always seem to make it somehow...

Thans, bruv. Your boys really showed some spirit tonight, they deserve nothing but admiration. Definitely one of the most intense CL I've experienced with Madrid.

I don't even want to imagine how it must feel to exit after being so close, it is the cruel side of this sport, but I hope you can feel proud of the effort and faith your boys put in.

Sad for Gigi not getting his CL, but while he goes, Juve remains, and you will be back, as always, fighting for the trophy.

Yeah, 4 different nations I can remember it happening in 2004 (Porto-Depor and Monaco-Chelsea were the semis), but 4 teams from the 4 top nations is something I'm pretty sure I haven't seen in my lifetime.

edit: 2010, I think it was Bayern-OL and Inter-Barça too, but I'm not 100% sure that Bayern-OL matchup was in semis and not quarters.

It took me a bit to calm down, I still wouldn't say I'm calm about it because the match was just insane

We did what we did last season with Mandzukic causing match up problems with any full back in the world at the back post and it worked twice. The third goal was a gift.

We played well despite missing a few key figures, having a player like Dybala or even Bernardeschi (the latter not making fitness) would've been nice

It's not so much a redeeming experience after the first leg but you have to admire the fight, until the end embodied in this match
